I offer a Personal Fitness coaching service to ultimately improve body composition, fitness level, weight management and sensible sustainable choices with exercise and nutrition. I am qualified in teaching spin, circuits and boxing.

FREE CONSULTATION

I offer a free 20 minute consultation over the phone to discuss what you would like to achieve and my training style. You can decide from there if personal training is for you and more importantly if you feel comfortable working together as I will undoubtedly be your main support and motivation throughout your training.

PERSONAL TRAINING 1-1

Your initial session will involve some fitness testing and information gathering so that we can use this as a benchmark for progression and results. To enhance your results I would encourage incorporating a nutrition plan into your training programme.

Whether its motivation, weight loss, technique or just getting out of the gym environment, I can tailor a programme that's right for you. You should be challenged but feel energised after a workout. With your hard work and my motivation you will see and feel the results.

NUTRITION PLAN

Nutrition can make all the difference not only to your training programme but to your mood, energy levels and well being. I can help to guide you in eating the right amount of calories based on your activity levels and the types of food that will complement your calculated macronutrients (fat, protein, carbohydrate). I can then support you in making some positive choices. The cost is based on a guided nutrition summary followed by a 30 minute consultation together. It can be a stand alone offer or in addition to a training session(s).

Ladies BOOT CAMP

Ladies come and join our friendly team for a fun and challenging outdoor workout. No military screaming just motivational and supportive environment getting you fitter and stronger week by week. All abilities welcome

Indoor boxing

Come and join our boxing class where we will supply all pads and gloves. You will learn how to box safely and in a friendly safe studio near North Street. All abilities welcome
