PERSONAL TRAINER, FITNESS INSTRUCTOR AND INDIAN MASSAGE THERAPIST.
I’m Sarah and I have a level 3 Diploma as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. I’m also a qualified Indian Head Massage Therapist which goes hand in hand with looking after your whole self. As a mum of 2 small children and running my own Personal Training business I understand all too well how the pressures of everyday life can prevent you keeping active and taking time out for yourself even though we know how important it is. I have always had a love for fitness and feel passionate about supporting others in their ambitions.

My approach to anyone who asks me about Personal Training and fitness is to first and foremost breakdown the factors that prevents you from putting fitness as a higher priority. Its not a case of one size fits all as we all face different challenges on many levels whether that stems from family commitments, lack of motivation or finding exercise boring and repetitive.
Nutrition often plays a big part in this and I can help guide you to eat well in line with your Personal Training Programme.
I truly believe that if your mind is cluttered or stressed then this reflects in our mood, motivation and ability to plan and enjoy being active. It’s just another chore. The reality is that once you see fitness as a way of life and see results you will not only feel better in the short term but will maintain this long term otherwise it’s a quick fix and you will resort back to old habits in no time.
